Main Responsibilities:
- Advising customers regarding issues (via email or chat only);
- Helping players of a popular video game and resolving their issues;
- Providing friendly responses to gamers/ users;
- Working with response templates according to the company's guidelines;
- Supporting customers and business partners regarding company services;
