Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Account Coordinator with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Create customer accounts in SAP;
- Provide customers with account information and handle requests;
- Attend customer Requests, calls, emails, chat;
- Checking product availability for a certain point in time and order status;
- Ensure standard procedures are used to resolve consumer concerns.
- Monitor customer activation and ensure it is completed and customer communication sent.

Requirements:
- Fluent German language both written and spoken (C1);
- PC literacy and a good command of English language (B2/C1);
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Previous experience with SAP and CRM systems;
- Excellent communication skills.
