Office Coordinator
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordination of all administrative processes in the company;
- Preparation and processing of documentation and invoices within the set deadlines;
- Logistical arrangements for meetings and business trips;
- Collaboration with other company departments, partners and public institutions;
- Purchasing of office equipment and optimizing costs.
