Responsibilities

  • Manage collection and credit management processes;
  • Communicate with corporate customers;
  • Maintain call logs and expected payment dates using daily interactions with customers to encourage timely payment;
  • Analyse reports and initiate calls;
  • Provide and receive information from customers regarding billing, collection and cash application;
  • Support the business by assisting the research of customers' billing issues and take actions to prevent delinquent payment.
