Back Office Sales Specialist


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and participate in sales activities;
  • Conduct analysis and data reports related to sales;
  • Works with external stakeholders and provides administrative support;
  • Support the international team in executing their current duties;
  • Execute operative work on marketing/ trade marketing campaigns and provide promo materials;
  • Collaborate and provide information related to other departments.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Degree in Economics, Business, or other related field;
  • Previous experience in an administrative position;
  • Background in Sales  and Trade Marketing in FMCG will be a strong advantage;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish;
  • Excellent MS  Office knowledge;
  • Great analytical and communication skills;
  • Time management and organization skills.
