Team Lead of Order to Cash Operations

Main responsibilities:

· Supervising team members and taking charge of the global OTC Service Delivery team's leadership and organization;

· Supervising the comprehensive documentation and overseeing the end-to-end processes;

· Monitor team members’ performance, formulating day-to-day strategies to meet monthly collection targets and KPIs;

· Providing feedback, coaching and system improvement initiatives to the team members.

Job requirements:

· Experience in people management and at least 3 years in OTC processes (international working environment);

· Very good level in English (B2);

· Excellent command with Excel and ERP software;

· Previous experience in process transitions will be considered an advantage.
