Responsibilities

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing monthly remunerations and related taxes and deductions. You will ensure compliance with labor and social insurance legislation and provide support to employees regarding their compensation.


Responsibilities: 

  • Calculate monthly remunerations, including taxes, deductions, bonuses, and taxable fringe benefits, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Export data from timekeeping systems and validate accuracy, including hours worked, leaves, and paid time off (PTO)
  • Support HR department in personnel administration processes, such as preparing labor contracts, additional agreements, labor books, and certificates.
  • Prepare, maintain, and file all legal returns and declarations to government institutions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies or trends, and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with line managers and other departments to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies and procedures.
