Loan Specialist

In connection with expanding the scope of the activity, Credit Trust is looking to appoint a full-time Loan specialist - mortgage lending. The key responsibilities are:

• Communication with customers regarging mortgage loan deals;

• Collecting and summarizing the necessary information in order to make a credit offer;

• Evaluating the creditworthiness of the customer;

• Carrying out checks and research of loan applicants in the relevant databases;

• Research and preparation of a preliminary opinion on the acceptability of the offered collateral;

• Preparation of loan proposals;

• Preparation of the documentation related to the granting of credits, in collaboration with a lawyer;

• Representation of the company when confessing transactions to a notary;

• Carrying out monitoring of the credit portfolio and the servicing of the granted loans;

• Direct communication with other units and employees in the company (legal advisors, accountants, front office, etc.).
