Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes.
  • Create customer accounts with a SAP based system.
  • Process import as well as export orders and the respective shipping processes with prioritization of different shipments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of German (C1 Level).
  • Working level of English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts and workflows).
  • Good MS office skills.
  • Previous experience in invoicing or billing field will be an advantage.
