What you’ll do
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their talent needs and develop a sourcing strategy to meet those needs
Conduct extensive research and sourcing to identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
Manage the interview process end-to-end
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a consistent flow of potential talent
Utilize data-driven metrics to track sourcing success and continually improve the sourcing process
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure best practices are implemented
What you need to have
1+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related field.
Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
A passion for finding and attracting exceptional candidates
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-performance environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent writing skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
