R&D Specialist

About the position:

The Technologist will be responsible for developing new products by implementing innovations to achieve a product with good quality and taste and will participate in the development of the company's future sweet projects.

Main duties:

· Responsible for the process of researching and creating current and new products to improve their quality;

· Develops quality control methods for new/raw materials;

· Optimizes the price of new products in order to achieve value for money and their implementation in the market;

· Supervises the implementation process of each newly developed product in production;

· Monitors trends in raw materials and competitive products;

· Establishes and maintains liaison with laboratories and industry organizations;

· Responsible for technical documentation for product manufacturing.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years experience on a similar position;

· Experience in wafer and pastry production;

· University degree in Chemistry or Food Technology;

· Proficiency in English (B1/B2);

· Driving license - active driver;

· Responsibility towards processes and meeting deadlines;

· Attention to detail.
