The role

In this role, you would be responsible for handling leads generated by Sales Development Reps and converting them into new clients for the agency. This will involve primarily:

  • Qualifying, following up, and nurturing leads 
  • Conducting discovery calls to qualify and assess the needs of prospects and match those with the capabilities of the agency
  • Building and presenting proposals in collaboration with colleagues at the agency
  • Negotiating deals and bringing them to closing  
  • Handing off new clients to our onboarding team 
  • Documenting and keeping deals up to date in the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Contributing to new sales strategy development
  • Contributing to the creation of sales assets


Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years proven work experience in a B2B sales role (or similar)
  • Understanding of digital marketing practices and channels 
  • Native or proficient written and spoken English
  • Revenue-driven and open-minded 
  • Eager to learn, creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working remotely in a virtual sales or account management environment (or similar)


Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)
  • Experience in selling service or SaaS 
  • Understanding of SaaS ecosystem and metrics
  • Experience living and/or working in a foreign country
