About the Program

IMPACT is a Graduate program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from 17th June 2024, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. Now, you have the opportunity to join our Consumer Experience Team:


What you will do:


• Support the team in all routines and activities surrounding measuring consumer experience across the consumer journey.

• Distribute escalated actions, across team to the correct members and aid in their resolve.

• Actively assist the preparation and execution of business forums.

• Supports the deployment of new enhancements for consumer programs.

• Supports the user segmentation process and provides insights into next best actions.



Who we’re looking for:


• Recent University graduates or at least 3rd year graduates with interests in starting their career journey.

• Strong analytical mind and experience with office 365 (excel and power point).

• Energetic and ambitious people who want to see results.

• Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.

• Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business.

• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages.
