Based on your educational background and career aspirations you have the chance to join Legal & Compliance Team and gain hands-on experience that will help you grow both personally and professionally.

What makes our program stand out:

• 20 hours per week, providing a flexible schedule for studying and gaining practical experience. Please be ready to spend some quality time with us in the office.
• Shadowing of Legal Counsels to meetings to understand the role of inhouse legal counsel
• Conducting a research of case law relevant to matters being handled by the Legal and Compliance team
• Conducting regulatory legal research
• Conducting Due Diligence on transactions and third parties at request
• Participating at trainings of specified topics
• Taking of minutes at meetings
• Assistance with contract negotiation and drafting agreements
• Uploading agreements to the company designated repository
• Drafting contract summaries
• Providing administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

We're looking for:

• Law student (3rd or 4th year, Master’s degree, or in the graduation process)
• Friendly team players with excellent communication skills, ready to make an immediate impact
• Proficiency in English with a positive and can-do attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow
