For our client - a leading innovator in the online gaming industry, we are looking to expand our clients team with a Technical Support Specialist with Spanish.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing basic technical support via ticketing system and email
  • Monitoring of numerous systems
  • Participating in functionality tests and new application introductions
  • Consulting clients about the specifications of the company's products
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask
  • Understanding of PC literacy and website structures
  • Ability to work from the office in shifts, including night shifts
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
