Product Insights Analyst

As a Product Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our core product functionalities and features, translating customer requests into detailed functional requirements, and proposing suggestions to enhance our analysis and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of the main features and functionalities of your product;
• Support regular communication and providing technical information between Product management and IT departments;
• Convert client demands into comprehensive functional specifications;
• Research and analyze trends and game preferences in various markets & Create, develop, and analyze significant reports;
• Make recommendations for enhancing analysis and data-driven decision-making;
• Determine, evaluate, and reduce the risks related to strategy and product development;
• Comprehensively develop a fundamental understanding of players' experiences and needs.

• Have 4+ years of previous experience in iGaming or the Gambling industry is a must;
• Have previous technical experience or close collaboration with IT Teams will be considered as an advantage;
• Have excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Can lead effective business communication on a high level;
• Are proactive and results-oriented;
• Are fluent in English.
