Data Analyst

The SAP User Research team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full data lifecycle and be proficient in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support SAP Design’s decision-making process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with User Research, Product Experience, UX Consistency, Accessibility and additional teams to understand their data/KPI requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Build and support board and organization reports, such as User Experience Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and SAP Design User Experience Scorecard.
• Provide recommendations and implement ways to improve data management to include data quality checks, moving from manual to automated processes, and finding ways to improve scalability.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Clean and ensure accuracy of data, review for inconsistencies.
• Maintain Excel ETL moving data from multiple files to a single repository using VBA.
• Create clear and concise reports, identify opportunities for improvements, and collaborate with team members.
• Create and maintain documentation for data sources, data models, and reporting processes.
