YOUR ROLE:

  • Responsible for the onboarding of new hires and for the exit process.

  • Manage internal communication regarding employee updates and engagement.

  • Maintain social benefits documentation.

  • Plan and execute all corporate events and initiatives according to requirements and objectives.

  • Deal with employees’ inquiries and complaints.

  • Support the C-level management and all internal and external HR related requests.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, HR Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or relevant role.

  • Highly responsible person with strong attention to detail and great organizational and time management skills.

  • Proactive, loyal, and solution-oriented person with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • Communicative, open, and enjoy being in favor of the others.

  • Excellent computer literacy, proficient with MS Office applications.

  • High command of English language is a must.
