Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end hiring process and develop hiring strategies;
  • Analyze requirements and consult on hiring processes and sourcing;
  • Maintain company`s database, job postings and prepare evaluation records;
  • Source potential candidates though headhunting and online channels (social platforms, professional networks);
  • Manage recruitment budget;
  • Perform hiring process by processing paperwork (offer letters, employment documents, labor contracts etc.);
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;
  • Create reports and statistics on a regular basis.
