CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT WITH SPANISH AND ENGLISH

This is a full-time on-site role as a Clien Relationship Consultant with Spanish and English. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. They will provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also interact with other teams to address customer concerns and document customer interactions.

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers through chat, email, and phone;
• Keeping up to date with companies products and promotions;
• Delivering first-class service to the customers in line with departmental KPIs;
