Order Processing Specialist with Polish Language - Remote Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and confirm purchase orders;
• Monitor stock levels, sizes, product returns, and shipments;
• Communicate with customers via email and phone;
• Maintain the company's database.

Position Requirements:

• High proficiency in English (C1 level);
• High proficiency in Polish (C1 level);
• Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage;
