- Create customer account in SAP basis details received from Sales/Customers.
- Perform customer pre-qualification requirements (e.g. duplicate checks, restricted p.arty screening, license verification).
- Provide customers with account information (e.g. account number, status, etc.)
- Monitor customer activation and ensure it is completed and customer communication sent.
- Report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI's/SLA's as per agreed timelines.
