Main Responsibilities:

· Advising customers regarding issues (via email or chat);

· Helping players of a popular gambling platform resolve their account issues;

· Providing friendly responses to gamers/ users;

· Working with response templates according to the company's guidelines;

Job requirements:

· Have excellent verbal and written German (C1)

· Good English level;

· Computer knowledge in MS Office, Internet and fast typing skills;
