They are looking for a Help Desk Technical Specialist with German to join their team as it is expanding.

The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Responsililities:

· Provide technical assistance to clients regarding hardware/ software or network problem diagnosis;

·Support and guide end-users and business partners regarding the company services

· Route problems to internal I.M. support staff.

· Use specialized software;

Job Requirements:

· Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);

· Very good English level (B2/C1 Level);

·Technical knowledge or understanding;

· 1+ years Help Desk or Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
