Main Responsibilities:

  • Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email оr chat;
  • Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users from international companies ;
  • Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;
  • Focusing on process improvement identification and development.
