We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our new team as a Bilingual Customer Care Advisor with German and Italian. In this role, you will play a crucial role in handling of customer concerns, inquiries, and problems. Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customers’ queries
- Sharing information on administrative requests (products, invoices, etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
Our requirements:
- German C1+ level is a must
- Italian C1+ level is a must
- English B1
- Customer-oriented thinking and attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work on shifts
