Customer Orders and Requests Operator with French

Responsibilities
• Key orders accurately and on-time with regard to internal procedures and with agreed service level targets
• Communicate effectively with regard to incoming orders, products requests, price inquires, supply inquires, delivery management, export documents creation, order status follow-up
• Process and follow-up customer inquiries related to its scope
• Front-office for customer contact: telephone, e-mail, chat contact with customers
• Contact customers on appropriate communication channel (phone, e-mail, chat)
• Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to achieve Bic business targets
