Customer Inquiry Agent with German

Main responsibilities:

• Daily communication via different communication channels;
• Provide help in order to solve the requests in a prompt manner;
• Solving customer related issues;
• Active work with a database system.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of Polish or German (C1)
• Very good level of English (B2)
• Experience in a multilingual company as a customer/technical support specialist- is a plus;
• Excellent communication abilities.
