Customer Care Advisor with Romanian

Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Your typical day:

The Customer Care department suggests the primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all communications and assisting our customers with inquiries and issues they may face.

What you need to have is:

• Excellent communication skills
• Near Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal
• Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• High school education

• Fulltime role with working shifts between 08:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday – Friday and 10am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday for the local markets time zone
