This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and safety of our online platform, requiring a meticulous approach to content review, adherence to policies and regulations.

• Thoroughly review video, image, and text content to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with client policies and online community standards to accurately interpret and apply guidelines.
• Investigate reported content, applying complex policies and guidelines to determine appropriate action.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to manage content that violates regulations, escalating issues as necessary.
• Understand that exposure to potentially disturbing content may occur and demonstrate resilience and maturity in handling such situations. Support and resources are provided to ensure employees' safety and well-being.
