Automotive Technical Assistant with German

Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. They are looking for an Automotive Technical Assistant with German to join their first team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from Famous Automotive (via phone, email or chat);
• Perform level 1 technical support of B2B customers;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft office package and other applications;
• Uninstall, reinstall software applications and resolve username and password problems;
• Troubleshoot email, VPN and other issues.

• Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
• Good English level (B2 Level);
• Have technical knowledge or understanding;
