Trainer Specialist with German (Plovdiv office)

Main responsibilities: 

• Developing and delivering specific training to increase efficiency;
• Assessing performance, giving feedback and identifying learning gaps;
• Conduct induction training for newly appointed employees joining the business;
• Develop, coordinate, implement and implement training manuals/schedules.
