B2B Travel Agent with Dutch

Main responsibilities:

• Delivering high-touch customer care to business travelers;
• Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them of modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations;
• Dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds;
• Entering data into software and maintain client files.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English;
