Job scope/summary:
As member of the Channel Ro-Bg Sales Team, he/she will contribute to drive, lead and help on growing HP’s business in Bulgaria through authorized channel partners.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
- Become a trusted advisor to selected Commercial partners, maintaining and developing strong and long- lasting relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Promote HP offerings to become a key part of the partner's business; Grow HP share of business within assigned partners.
- Implement key initiatives and ensure the execution in line with country business plans.
- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
- Achieve assigned quota for HP products, services and software.
- Serve as the expert to the partners for information regarding products, services, promotions, and HP internal tools.
- Actively engage HP resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner which ensures long- term business opportunities for HP.
- Provide the business rationale and risk assessment for making HP investments in the partner.
- May recruit and develop business relationship with new partners.
- Ensure partners are compliant with legal and SBC practices.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Delivery of all KPI’s on time and on budget
- Feedback from partners
- Feedback from HP Channel and End-user teams
- Partners performance
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- Typically 5+ years’ experience in the industry, Channel environment, Consumer and / or Commercial.
- Experience in project management, partner account management, in sales or procurement will be valuable
- Experience interacting with Channel Partners, Sales
- Degree level in engineering, IT and / or in business
Other requirements:
- Fluent English
- Other languages knowledge would be an asset
- Business acumen
- Driver's license
- Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
- Analytic skills
Personal skills and qualities:
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Positive can-do attitude; Customer centric approach
- Out of the box thinking – able to find solutions
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Good presentation skills, at ease with presenting project status to higher management.
Technical skills:
- MS Office
- Reporting tool /Data management – internal reporting and tracking tools (e.g.: CDnA, OSS)
