Identity Verification Officer with German

Main responsibilities:

• Verify users' identity by checking their documents, such as passports and ID cards.
• Capture and store users' documents in the company's databases.
• Ask users a few simple questions according to the provided scripts to confirm their identity.
• Seek guidance and support from the team when needed to ensure a smooth adaptation process.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German (B2 level);
