- Actively engage with customers to analyze feedback and create insightful reports related to customer voice.
- Serve as a project officer, delivering specific tasks and projects assigned to improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the success and long-term impact of implemented changes by monitoring appropriate control metrics such as CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and CES (Customer Effort Score).
- Reproduce and analyze issues reported by customers, effectively communicating key findings with various stakeholders.
