Our partner is an international outsourcing company, which is cooperating with a global fintech leader. They are looking for a Customer Account Specialist with Turkish (Online payment platform) to join their team as it is expanding.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
• Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to international users of a payment platform;
• Avoiding any unnecessary waiting times for the customers;
• Updating the internal tracking system.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

• Excellent verbal and written Turkish and Engliah (C1 Level);
• Previous experience on a customer support position is mandatory;
• Knowledge of computing technology would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
