• Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding set up of accounts, payments, updates and password resets;
• Update the users of the platform on new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration;
• Offer timely assistance to resolve client requests.
