We're seeking a versatile Administration Assistant to support our operations. This role combines HR, reception, and general office support responsibilities.

HR and Administrative Support:

  • Manage personnel administration tasks, including new hires, leavers, and agreements.
  • Process and maintain HR data systems, generating reports and analyses.
  • Assist with HR processes and best practices.
  • Advise employees on benefits and HR policies.
  • Assist with translation of documents between Bulgarian and English.

Reception and Office Management:

  • Handle telephone and electronic inquiries, and coordinate incoming mail and document distribution.
  • Organize meetings and events, and manage facilities and office supplies.
  • Make orders for office supplies and inventory maintenance.
  • Coordinate vendor work requests and maintenance.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and conduct drills.

General Office Support:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Show polite attitude, kindness, and attention to colleagues and visitors.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, Training, Accounting, and IT teams.
  • Resolve issues and complete additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
