YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares regular reports and analyses for Sales in different sectionals related to all portfolio, Trade Marketing promotions, Customers Data, Adhoc requests etc. In Commercial Department
• Prepares kind of materials (data analysis, tables, graphics etc.) for presentations supporting Management team and Sales Team
• Provides regular updates on relevant business performance KBIs, including monthly/weekly/daily packs, dash-boards, score-cards, etc. in alignment with sales function needs and requirements
• Creates, maintains and updates the required commercial documentation templates and forms used in work
• Looks for innovative approaches to communicate the values of Sales reports, BPMS scorecards, presentations etc. to both internal and external customers

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in big data analysis and reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel & Access
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Technical knowledge of any data analysis tool
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
• Organized and result oriented person with critical thinking with ability to work in ambiguous and/or stressful situations
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
