Administrative Specialist



Duties and responsibilities:


  • Communicates with key customers and partners of the company;
  • Prepares reports based on market research at local and global levels;
  • Participates in team meetings and gives suggestions for optimizing work processes;
  • Tracks orders, issues invoices, and responds to customer inquiries;
  • Assigns tasks to external companies and monitors their implementation qualitatively and on time;
  • Coordinates the process of maintaining social networks in partnership with subcontractors.

Profile of the successful candidate:


  • University degree is required;
  • Proven administrative experience – at least 2 years;
  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Analytical and information selection skills;
  • Combi-nativity and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Innovation and proactivity in the implementation of the commitments.
