Accounts Payable Supervisor with German

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the Accounts Payable teams covering the Scanning & Indexing of trade documents, Invoice processing & Exception Handling, Payment, and Vendor reconciliations for the German business;
• Ensuring SLAs are met, communicating with customers on improvement ideas, and internal projects benefiting the business;
• Managing, coaching, developing of the associates in the organization, hiring process supervision;
• Collaborating with the Quality and Project teams on various initiatives.

Job requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Fluent in English and German language;
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
• Previous experience on a similar role of minimum 2 years;
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and an ability to follow deadlines.
