Accountant for Facility Services with German

Our client, a cooperation Bulgarian and German company, that operates directly for the German market is looking forward to their next team member joining as Accountant for Facility Services with German language

Main responsibilities:

• Manage full-scope accounting tasks for residential and commercial real estate portfolios, including debtor processes and bank accounting.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, review outgoing invoices, and support dunning processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; handle VAT filings, account monitoring, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with property managers, asset managers, tax advisors, and other stakeholders, with occasional master data maintenance.

Job requirements:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP software;
• Fluent in German language (at least B2);
• Working level of English (B1-B2)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
